Repeatable process
The client repeatedly creates a small parent-and-subtask checklist for release readiness, onboarding, bug investigation, or incident follow-up.
For Atlassian consultancies and delivery teams
Introduce one real release, onboarding, or incident checklist to a 30-day Marketplace evaluation. We help configure the first template at no cost, with clear product boundaries and no services commitment.
The client repeatedly creates a small parent-and-subtask checklist for release readiness, onboarding, bug investigation, or incident follow-up.
A person chooses when to apply the process from an issue. The client does not require a scheduled trigger or a Jira Automation action for this pilot.
The first tree fits up to twelve issues and the documented fields: summaries, descriptions, labels, variables, due dates, priority, components, and assignment to the runner.
TreeGuard does not provide scheduled automation, JSM portal-native requests, arbitrary custom-field mapping, cross-project cloning, or a guarantee of transactional rollback. Those boundaries are part of the qualification, not hidden after installation.
Suggested note: We found a small Jira template app that applies a saved subtask tree from the issue you are already viewing. It checks the project before creation, verifies every result and parent link, and reports cleanup instead of hiding a partial run. There is a 30-day evaluation and the vendor will help configure one real process. Would you like to test it with a release, onboarding, or incident checklist?
Send the Jira Cloud use case, approximate tree shape, and the client's preferred contact route. Do not send credentials, API tokens, or private customer data.
